STEMS2 Goals

Gathering inspiration from the summer semester I hope to continue on my efforts to instill change and passion in the students I come into contact with.  My goals for this semester is to really focus in on what exactly I want to see come to fruition for the nonprofit I am creating.  I especially want to focus on community dynamics and how to incorporate lessons that will lead to community change and increase the livelihood and economic sustainability of the citizens in Koʻolauloa region. I also hope to figure out and prioritize specific topics of knowledge that I think are crucial to incorporate in my curriculum for the non-profit.  I want to identify and build upon topics that will equip students with real life skills and a strong foundation in the understanding of their sense of place.  This is just the beginning of what I hope to achieve and as I forward on this journey I look forward to the changes Iʻll make to my plans and the increase of ideas I will gain from learning together with everyone.
